Responsibilities:

• Support Customer Education and the Sales Teams to conduct Product Knowledge training for Customers
• Trainings include Training Events and Informal education sessions
• Deliver Customer needs with customized training solutions
• Create and deliver trainings, tools and solutions that are informative, engaging and maximize product knowledge
• Assist in training, education, sharing best practices, evaluating, onboarding and providing performance enhancing
• Develop and maintain high level of expertise in product knowledge on Avizano products
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of ingredient, product and operational knowledge of other competitors in the industry
